Festive Christmas Sausage Recipe

Enjoy the warm, seasonal flavours of our Festive Christmas Sausage Recipe, blending sage and onion stuffing with sweet orange and cranberry for the perfect holiday twist.

Method:

1. Mince the meat through an 8mm plate. For finer sausages, use a 4.5mm plate

2. Add one sachet of Old Traditional Sausage Mix and blend well

3. Add iced water and orange juice 

4. Add ready-mixed Sage & Onion stuffing and mix again 

5. Mince the mixture for a second time 

6. Add cranberries and mix-in 

7. Fill into natural casings

Old Traditional Sausage Mix 1.250kg
Iced Water 0.735kg
Orange Juice 0.735kg
Ready-mixed Sage & Onion Stuffing 1.500kg
Cranberries (increase up to 300g if more flavour required) 0.250kg
Total 10.820kg
