Sticky Toffee Apple Sausage Recipe

Indulge in the sweet and savoury goodness of our Sticky Toffee Apple Sausages. With a perfect blend of rich toffee and fresh apples, this recipe brings a unique twist to your sausage-making.

Method

1. Mince the meat through an 8mm plate, for finer sausages use 4.5mm plate
2. Add one sachet of Old Traditional Sausage Mix and blend well.
3. Add iced water
4. Mince the mixture for a second time
5. Add apple chips/flakes and golden syrup
6. Fill into natural casings

Iced Water 1.250kg
Dried Apple Chips or Flakes 0.800kg
Lyles Golden Syrup (1 tin) 0.454kg
Total 10.004kg
