Lamb & Mint Burger Recipe

This Lamb and Mint Burger recipe brings together tender lamb and refreshing mint for a timeless flavour combination. Made using our Old Traditional Sausage Mix blend, these burgers are juicy, well-seasoned, and full of traditional taste in every bite.

1. Mince the meat through an 8mm plate, for finer sausages use 4.5mm plate

2. Add one sachet of Old Traditional Sausage Mix and blend well.

3. Add iced water

4. Add Mint flavoured glaze

5. Mince the mixture for a second time

6. Fill into natural casings

Old Traditional Sausage Mix 1.250kg
Iced Water 0.500kg
Mint Flavoured Glaze 0.750kg
Total 8.850kg
