Chinese Salt & Pepper Sausage

This Chinese Salt & Pepper Sausage recipe delivers a perfect balance of savoury seasoning and subtle spice. Made using our Old Traditional Sausage Mix blend, it’s a delicious fusion of time-honoured sausage making and bold, aromatic flavour.

1. Mince the meat through an 8mm plate, for finer sausages use 4.5mm plate

2. Add one sachet of Old Traditional Sausage Mix and blend well.

3. Add iced water

4. Add Chinese Salt and Pepper seasoning

5. Mince the mixture for a second time

6. Fill into natural casings

Iced Water 1.47kg
Chinese Salt and Pepper Seasoning (increase amount if spicier flavour required) 0.350kg
Total 9.420kg
