Caramelised Onion Burgers

This simple yet delicious recipe combines juicy beef patties with sweet, caramelised onions, creating a mouth-watering treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

How to make: 

  1. Mince meat through a 8mm plate
  2. Add seasoning and blend well 
  3. Add iced water 
  4. Fill into Natural Casings, for a finer sausage use a 4.5mm plate.

Caramelised onion sausage mix   0.567 KG 
Iced water  0.200 KG 
Total  4.892 KG
