The Viscofan Machine Link sausage casings are designed specifically for those using a sausage linking machine that require high elasticity content. The tubular casings, made from collagen protein obtained from the hides of cattle, will help the user achieve perfect sausage production providing a smooth and faster speed of filling and processing.
The final sausages are cost-effective – they can be shallow-fried, grilled, BBQ, oven-baked and even deep-fried.
Casings are supplied ready-to-use in a convenient caddy box of shirred sticks, requiring no soaking or pre-filling preparation. Available in sizes from 21mm to 30mm.
