The Viscofan Hand Link sausage casings have flexibility and strength providing users with the ability to hand-link sausages with ease. The tubular casings are made from collagen protein obtained from the hides of cattle.
The final sausages are cost-effective – they can be shallow-fried, grilled, BBQ, oven-baked and even deep-fried.
Supplied in a caddy box of shirred sticks, available in sizes 21mm – 28mm. They are packed ready-to-use, with no soaking or any other pre-filling conditioning.
