UK Sausage Week is almost here, from Monday 27 October to Sunday 2 November, and we’re thrilled to be playing a key role in this year’s celebrations.
As long-standing suppliers to the British sausage industry, UK Sausage Week is close to our hearts – and this year, we’re doing more than ever to support the event, promote our customers, and champion the great British banger.
What Is UK Sausage Week?
UK Sausage Week is an annual celebration of all things sausage – a chance for butchers and producers to showcase their creativity, launch new flavours, reward loyal customers with special offers, and remind the public just how brilliant British sausages really are.
From limited-edition flavours to raffles, tastings, and competitions, it’s a fantastic week to boost footfall, drive sales, and bring a bit of fun to your shop or deli counter.
Spreading the Word
Over the past few weeks, our MCJ Casings sales team has been picking up the phone and checking in with our customers to ask one simple question:
“Sausage Week is coming – are you ready?”
The response has been incredibly positive – and it’s clear that the industry is gearing up to make this year’s celebration bigger and better than ever.
Whether it’s a new flavour, a special offer, or a raffle prize, we’ve loved hearing what our customers are planning – and we’ll be sharing highlights on our channels throughout the week.

Director Jay Tierney and Operations Manager Kyle Tierney will be heading to London to present the award to this year’s category winner.
