MCJ Casings was originally founded in 1983 by James Tierney. We continually strive to grow a very successful family-owned business for future generations of the Tierney family and our dedicated staff.

We have established ourselves as one of only a handful of independent sausage casing processors left in the UK who manufacture top quality natural sheep and hog casings, supplying to a wide variety of sausage manufacturers, sundries suppliers and retail butchers throughout the UK and Europe.
